개인정보처리방침

제1조 (개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적)

(주)플래닛허슬 코리아(이하 "매장" 또는 "회사")은 이용자의 동의 하에 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하며, 수집된 개인정보는 다음 목적 이외의 용도로는 사용되지 않습니다.

1. 주문 및 결제 서비스의 제공, 승인, 취소 처리
2. 포인트 적립, 사용 및 멤버십 혜택 관리
3. 대기열 등록 및 실시간 순서 안내 알림톡/SMS 발송
4. 식음료 이용권(TokkiPay) 발급, 잔액 조회 및 바우처 연동 관리

제2조 (수집하는 개인정보의 항목)

매장은 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

• 주문 및 적립/대기/이용권 등록 시: 휴대전화번호, 회원 성명, 주문 내역, 테이블 번호
• 결제 승인 시: 카드사 정보, 결제 승인번호 (※ 카드 번호, 비밀번호, CVC 등 민감 결제 정보는 매장에 일체 저장되지 않으며 전자지급결제대행사 (주)토스페이먼츠를 통해 안전하게 암호화 처리됩니다.)

제3조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간)

1. 이용자의 개인정보는 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
2. 단, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관계 법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우, 회사는 법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.
   • 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년
   • 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년
   • 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년

제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

매장은 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

• 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
• 결제 처리 대행: 토스페이먼츠 주식회사 (결제 승인, 본인 확인 및 환불 처리 목적)
• 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

제5조 (이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법)

이용자는 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며 수집 동의 철회 및 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 보호책임자에게 서면, 전화 또는 이메일로 연락하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose of Collection & Use)

Planet Hustle Korea Inc. (hereinafter "the Venue") collects minimal personal information with User consent for the following purposes:

1. Provision, verification, and cancellation of orders and digital payments
2. Loyalty point rewards tracking, member benefits, and account history management
3. Waiting list registration and mobile SMS status notifications
4. Issuance, balance tracking, and redemption of electronic dining vouchers (TokkiPay)

Article 2 (Collected Information Items)

The Venue collects the following personal information items:

• Ordering & Loyalty / Voucher Signup: Mobile phone number, customer name, transaction logs, table coordinates
• Payment Authorizations: Card issuer details, gateway transaction identifiers (※ Sensitive data such as card numbers or PINs are never stored on our servers and are processed securely by Toss Payments Co., Ltd.).

Article 3 (Retention & Storage Period)

1. In principle, personal data is immediately purged once the purpose of collection and use is achieved.
2. However, legal records are retained under electronic commerce acts as follows:
   • Records on customer contract, subscription cancellations: 5 years
   • Records on payments and supply of services/goods: 5 years
   • Records on customer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years

Article 4 (Third-Party Sharing)

The Venue does not sell or share personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

• With prior explicit consent from the User
• Payment Gateway Processing: Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (Provided during checkout for transaction clearance and authentication)
• To comply with regulatory laws or official warrants issued by judicial authorities

Article 5 (User Rights & Access Control)

Users reserve the right to view, modify, or request deletion of their collected personal data at any time. Contact the privacy officer via phone or email for immediate processing.
