환불 규정

제1조 (주문 취소 및 환불 기본 원칙)

(주)플래닛허슬 코리아(이하 "매장")이 제공하는 디지털 주문 서비스는 즉석 제조 상품(음료, 디저트, 푸드 등)의 특성상 다음과 같은 환불 규정을 준수합니다.

1. 주문 즉시 조리 및 제조 개시: 상품 주문 및 결제가 완료되면 매장 내 조리가 즉시 시작되므로, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제17조 제2항에 의거하여 제조가 착수된 이후에는 단순 변심으로 인한 주문 취소 및 환불이 어렵습니다.
2. 주문 내역 확인 의무: 이용자의 주문 메뉴 실수 또는 수량 기입 오류에 대한 귀책은 이용자 본인에게 있으므로 주문 확정 전 장바구니 확인을 당부드립니다.

제2조 (예외적 주문 취소 및 100% 환불)

아래와 같은 사유가 발생한 경우 이용자는 즉각적인 주문 취소 또는 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. 품절 및 매장 사정: 주문 완료 후 식재료 소진 또는 매장 설비 문제 등으로 인해 상품 제공이 불가능하게 된 경우 매장 직원의 확인을 통해 결제가 즉시 취소 및 100% 환불 처리됩니다.
2. 상품 하자 및 오제조: 주문한 내역과 전혀 다른 상품이 제공되었거나 상품 자체에 명백한 결함이 있는 경우, 즉석에서 교환 또는 전액 환불 처리를 진행해 드립니다.

제3조 (식음료 다이닝 이용권 / TokkiPay 바우처 환불)

1. 청약철회 (100% 전액 환불): 식음료 이용권 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 전혀 사용하지 않은 미사용 이용권은 전자상거래법 제17조에 의거하여 위약금 없이 100% 전액 결제 취소 및 환불이 가능합니다.
2. 잔액 환불 기준: 공정거래위원회 신유형 상품권 표준약관에 따라, 권면금액(충전금액)의 100분의 60(1만 원 이하의 경우 100분의 80) 이상을 사용한 경우 고객의 요청 시 잔액을 원래 결제 수단 승인 취소 또는 계좌 입금을 통해 환불해 드립니다.
3. 신청 방법: 매장 카운터 직원 또는 고객센터(070-4833-1906 / info@planethustle.com)로 결제 승인번호 또는 등록 휴대폰 번호를 알려주시면 신속히 처리해 드립니다.

제4조 (환불 진행 절차 및 소요 기간)

1. 신용카드 / 간편결제: 전자지급결제대행사((주)토스페이먼츠)를 통한 결제 승인 취소 처리가 즉시 전송되며, 카드사 전산 처리 일정에 따라 영업일 기준 3~5일 이내에 승인 취소 또는 대금 환급이 완료됩니다.

Article 1 (General Cancellation & Refund Rules)

Due to the custom made-to-order nature of food and beverage products at Planet Hustle Korea Inc. (hereinafter "the Venue"), the following refund rules apply.

1. Immediate Production: As kitchen cooking and preparation begin immediately once an order is placed, cancellations or refunds due to customer change of mind are restricted pursuant to Article 17 of the Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act once preparation begins.
2. User Errors: Users are responsible for verifying their selected items, options, and quantities before finalizing orders.

Article 2 (Eligible Cancellations & Full Refunds)

Full refunds and immediate cancellations are guaranteed in the following circumstances:

1. Out of Stock / Equipment Issues: If an item becomes unavailable after payment due to inventory depletion or equipment issues, staff will immediately cancel the order and initiate a 100% full refund.
2. Defective or Incorrect Item: If you receive a product completely different from your order or if there is a defect in quality, staff will immediately exchange the item or issue a full refund.

Article 3 (Dining Credit Vouchers / TokkiPay Refunds)

1. 100% Refund within 7 Days: Unspent dining credit vouchers can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase without penalty under Article 17 of the E-Commerce Act.
2. Balance Refund: Under Fair Trade Commission standards, once 60% or more (80% for amounts ₩10,000 or less) of the voucher face value has been used, the remaining unused balance can be refunded upon request.
3. Support Contact: Contact the venue counter or customer service at 070-4833-1906 / info@planethustle.com with your registered phone number or approval code.

Article 4 (Refund Processing & Settlement)

1. Credit Card / Simple Pay: Gateway cancellations are processed immediately through Toss Payments Co., Ltd. Depending on your credit card issuer or bank, the credit balance will reflect in 3 to 5 business days.
