이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 (주)플래닛허슬 코리아(이하 "회사" 또는 "매장")이 제공하는 주문 태블릿 Kiosk, 모바일 테이블오더 및 전자 식음료 바우처(이하 "서비스")를 이용함에 있어, 매장과 이용고객(이하 "회원" 또는 "이용자") 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

1. 매장은 이용자에게 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:
   • 매장 내 메뉴판 조회 및 디지털 주문 입력
   • 연동 전자지급결제대행사(토스페이먼츠 등)를 통한 선결제 및 현장 결제 처리
   • 대기열 예약 신청 및 모바일 대기 알림 서비스
   • 식음료 다이닝 이용권(TokkiPay) 충전 및 차감 결제 서비스
2. 매장은 기술적 사양의 변경이나 매장 운영상의 사유로 서비스의 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 이용자에게 중대한 불이익이 발생하지 않도록 사전에 신속히 안내합니다.

제3조 (주문 및 결제)

1. 이용자는 매장에 설치된 Kiosk 태블릿 또는 모바일 기기를 활용하여 상품 주문 정보를 입력하고 결제를 진행할 수 있습니다.
2. 결제는 신용카드, 간편결제 등 서비스가 지원하는 안전한 결제 수단을 통해 진행되며, 전자지급결제대행사((주)토스페이먼츠)의 이용약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
3. 주문이 완료되어 음료나 식음료 준비(조리)가 시작된 이후에는 단순 변심으로 인한 주문 취소 및 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제4조 (개인정보 보호의 의무)

매장은 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 최소한의 이용자 정보(예: 대기 등록, 포인트 적립 및 바우처 연동을 위한 휴대전화번호 등)를 수집할 수 있으며, 수집된 정보는 관계 법령 및 매장의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 안전하게 보호됩니다.

제5조 (책임 제한)

1. 매장은 천재지변, 인터넷 장애, 정기 시스템 점검 등 불가항력적인 사유로 서비스를 일시적으로 제공할 수 없는 경우, 이로 인해 발생한 이용자의 손해에 대해 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 이용자가 입력한 주문 정보의 오류(테이블 번호 기재 오류, 옵션 오기입 등)로 인해 발생한 불이익은 이용자 본인의 책임으로 합니다.

제6조 (매장 이용 및 주문 유의사항)

1. 현장 스마트오더 서비스: 본 서비스는 배달이나 외부 배송이 아닌, 매장 내 착석 고객을 대상으로 하는 현장 주문(테이블오더) 시스템입니다.
2. 주문 내역 확인: 고객은 주문 전 선택한 메뉴, 수량, 옵션 등을 신중히 확인하여야 하며, 조리가 시작된 이후에는 단순 변심으로 인한 취소가 제한될 수 있습니다.
3. 현장 응대 및 서비스 지원: 매장 이용 중 상품 관련 문의, 알레르기 안내, 테이블 지원이 필요한 경우 매장 스태프에게 요청하시면 즉각적인 안내를 받으실 수 있습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the digital order terminal kiosk, mobile table ordering, and electronic dining vouchers (the "Service") provided by Planet Hustle Korea Inc. (hereinafter "Company" or "Venue"), establishing the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the Venue and the customer (the "User").

Article 2 (Provision and Modifications)

1. The Venue provides the following services to Users:
   • Digital menu display and order processing
   • Pre-payment or on-premise payment routing via integrated gateways (Toss Payments)
   • Waiting queue registration and mobile status notifications
   • F&B dining credit vouchers (TokkiPay) issuance and redemption
2. The Venue reserves the right to modify technical specifications or operational parameters and will promptly notify Users of significant updates.

Article 3 (Orders and Payments)

1. Users can select products and place orders using Kiosk tablets installed in the Venue or by scanning table QR codes on mobile devices.
2. Payments are processed securely via accepted payment methods, conforming to the terms of the processing gateway (Toss Payments Co., Ltd.).
3. Once an order is accepted and kitchen preparation begins, cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind may be restricted under local e-commerce regulations.

Article 4 (Data Privacy)

The Venue collects minimal user data (such as phone numbers for waiting lists and loyalty point registrations) required to deliver the Service, adhering to personal data protection laws and the Venue's Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Venue is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by force majeure events, internet connectivity outages, or scheduled maintenance, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order items and tables entered during the checkout process.

Article 6 (In-Store Ordering Guidelines)

1. On-Premise Service: This service operates exclusively for seated guests inside the venue and does not provide delivery or courier shipping.
2. Order Verification: Users must carefully review their menu selections, options, and quantities prior to payment. Cancellation may be restricted once kitchen preparation starts.
3. Staff Support & Inquiries: If you have questions regarding menu allergens, special dietary requirements, or table assistance, please ask our floor staff for immediate guidance.
